How To Fix Terms of Service (TOS) and Domain Ownership Violations in Google Adsense

Too Many Google Adsense Applications At One Time!
Google Adsense TOS (Terms of Service) violations combined with Hub Pages affiliate settings can be somewhat counter-intuitive. Specifically, if you are new to Hub Pages, the number one likelihood of your rejection from Google via the TOS terms of service email from google adsense is likely the result of too many log-ins and too many concurrent applications to google adsense at one time. Essentially, you are likely trying too hard, and are acting too eager; combined with a healthy dose of impatience (we are all impatient!).
Hold the fort, be patient and follow the recommendations here.
The Terms of Service TOS email was likely received because the applicant became impatient and attempted google adsense set-up front more than one google email account. I will repeat this error to hammer this theme home. Do not make concurrent applications to adsense during your initial application to HUB PAGES. Instead, open one email account for hubpages and sign up for google adsense through hub pages. The master link explaining this process is here.
The Dreaded TOS and Domain Ownership Error
Alternatively, it is always possible that you have signed up from google adsense outside the internal shell of Hub Pages itself. Expect a rejection like this:
"Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at this time.
We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.
TOS
Domain Ownership."

Re-do Your Google Adsense Account With Google SItes!
Let’s face it, no one is perfect and it is human nature to make a mistake with google adsense, by typing the wrong email in, by failing to click on the right box or drop down menu. In so doing you may have received the automated google adsense email, rejecting you for terms of service or for domain ownership. If you have been one of those applicants who have felt the pain of attempting to add google adsense HTML code to your article, fear not. Many of us have been caught up in this automated response and have empathy with your frustration.
Those being said, look at this problem from Google and Hub Pages point of view. Both entities are required to use a certain form of automation in making sure there is no abuse of google adsense or plagiarism in Hub pages that involves shifty attempts to increase page views or other prohibited activity. There is simply too many applicants for immediate editorial attention or helpdesk type personal responses.
Google sites serves as a solution to terms of service and domain ownership problems with Google Adsense.
One, if your new hub page account has too many google adsense mistakes associated with a particular email, consider deleting that hubpages hub altogether and forever disregarding your associated email as a possible google adsense conduit. Yes, this may sound severe, but because of Google’s millions of customers you need to be a realist and understand you as an author are not likely to get a Google Ad Pro to answer your individual situation. Moreover, google’s hard stance prevents many abusers, and solidifies the legitimacy of their google adwords program as well. Count on a necessary, yet unforgiving response.
Second, Consider making a web page under Google Sites.
By doing this you trigger Google Adsense's low barrier, low restriction guidelines for google adsense. It should be obvious why this works. Google Sites belongs to Google, hence the approval time for creating a Google Adsense account for use on Google Sites is quite fast (a day in my book). No fear, Google Sites is free and has similar user-friendly interface like Hub Pages.
Third, After you have established a Google Adsense account, consider starting a new quality Hub with HubPages (not a token 200 word Hub that adds little to content). Make the article at least 400-500 words with researched information with good SEO content and a persuasive angle.
Fourth, make sure when you use the affiliate section of Hub Pages you make sure to click the "Yes."
Five, Add in Your Google Adsense data and wait an hour or so after you have submitted your information paying close attention to your earnings page and your personal email where Hub Pages and google adsense send you information.

Thank you! Voted up!
All, feel free to tell me some of your Google Adsense problems --maybe I can help. Glad you found this useful.
Again, thanks for this post! I was able to add adsense to my blogspot this morning so hopefully i'll be able to add it to hubpages and my other sites! After the tears and frustrations I think it was best to force myself to walk away and leave it overnight and come back refreshed with a renewed mind after a good night's rest!
I just don't know how it will go trying to add this adsense acct. to my hub though.
So, I've read comments where other people have stated that they didn't have to wait six months to get their adsense accounts on hubpages. When I try to add my account it takes me back to where it says the six month thing. OY!
Carrie, does your Google Adsense currently say, "not set."?
on hub pages
Or violation for TOS
it says Not Set but when I tried to set it up and selected yes when I clicked it took me back to the same page.
I attempted to add my hubpages url to the allowed sites list and got the error report stating that the url started with an invalid scheme? I had even copied and pasted my url. I'm so darned discombobulated right now over this whole thing. But, I'm not going to give up. I just don't understand how I'm accepted with blogspot and can't add it here.
Carrie, allowed sites via google adsense? Here is my somewhat not popular idea. You have three articles right? Why not delete your hub and start over and try linking google adsense with an email you never used before? Alternatively, see if you can include more detail in your hub -- I read the poem one -- although its good -- google probably doesnt care for it because it doesnt make them moeny -- just some thoughts.
I just received a letter from team@hubpages and they are working on the issue. We'll see what happens with that.
There is a place in your google adsense where you can add allowed sites. That is what I was talking about. But that was the last of many last resorts that I've tried. Hopefully the team will be able to fix this issue. Thanks. will let you know.
Im having the same issue with domain ownership but also TOS violations,I understand what you mean by using a different email however ive already given my SS#..is there another way around it?Or how can i contact hubpages directly? Thanks in advance.
Have you tried making a Google Site linking your google adsense to it with a total new gmail account? Once that is done consider starting hubpages from scratch with a new account. I know you may hate doing it, and are concerned with a social security number, but you can always use a family member if Google Perm-banned you.
Ive gone through google sites and contacted google pros and hubpages ,now the error has been fixed,it wasnt even a need to delete my hubpages! thank you for the save!!
thanks a lot for this hub.. I have been panicking since yesterday due to the issues I have had to deal with between google adsense and hubpages linking.... I am new to the site and new to the google adsense as well... I just want to share my dilemma maybe you could help? :) when I tried to activate my google adsense link with hubpages affiliate program. the message posted was this:
Your HubPages profile is less than 6 months old. Google requires applicants from some locations, including China and India, to have owned their site for at least 6 months. To learn more read is my site eligible to participate in AdSense?.
It appears that your Google AdSense Account, with the publisher id ca-pub-0145796436179592 has been disabled due to violations of Terms and Conditions. You should not apply again, as each person is only allowed to have a single Google AdSense Account. Please review Google's Disabled Account FAQ for further steps that you might take.
Please do help? thanks a lot in advance....
What has happened I fear as you have tried to use separate gmails for adsense applications. Google Adsense scripting software wants to make sure fraudsters are kept out -- which in turn sometimes hurts good people like yourself.
The 6 months only applies if you are outside US. Did you have too many pending applications at one time? If so, I hate to say it -- but a lot of people have had success by deleting old disabled accounts or removing those emails and starting anew.
Specifically, google adsense almost immediately approves GOOGLE SITE websites (see above) and you can take advantage of this fast approval by getting your google adsense ID and new gmail account through the Google sites workaround
